Terms of service

Welcome to doze. By ordering from us, you agree to the following.

About us — doze. is a small handmade sleep & wind-down goods brand based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

Orders — All orders are subject to confirmation and stock availability. We confirm each order and its total (including shipping) with you before payment, and we may cancel and fully refund any order we can't fulfill.

Products — Our items are handmade in small batches, so slight variations in color, scent, and finish are natural. Photos are as accurate as possible but may vary slightly from what you receive.

Pricing & payment — Prices are in Philippine Pesos (₱). We accept GCash, bank transfer, and (within Metro Manila) cash on delivery. Prices and availability may change without notice.

For relaxation & comfort — doze products are made for relaxation and comfort and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

Intellectual property — All doze. branding, designs, photos, and content are ours — please don't reuse them without permission.

Returns — See our Return & Refund Policy.
