Shipping policy

 

Everything's handmade in small batches in Metro Manila, so each order is made with care (and a little time). 🌙

Order confirmation — After you order, we'll message you on @hellodozeph or by email to confirm stock, your address, and your shipping/delivery fee before anything is charged.

Processing time — Please allow 2–5 business days for us to prepare your order before it ships (a little longer for pre-orders rest assured, we'll tell you).

Metro Manila delivery — Same-day or next-day via Lalamove or Grab. The fee depends on your location and is shouldered by the customer; we'll quote it when we confirm your order.

Nationwide shipping — We ship anywhere in the Philippines via J&T Express or LBC, usually 2–7 business days. Shipping fee is quoted after we confirm your address.

Tracking — Once it's on its way, we'll send your tracking number via IG or email.

Damaged in transit? — Photo/video within 3 days (see our Return & Refund Policy). An unboxing video is your best friend here.

Wrong address — Please double-check before paying; we can't cover re-shipping for incorrect addresses.
